My Philosophy

I believe that animals are highly affected by human emotions and lifestyles. In mindfulness, kindness and connection we can reduce the negative effects  on their well-being. I believe massage not only provides healing to the physical body but most importantly helps heal the bond between humans and animals. I believe that when we heal animals, we heal ourselves.

More About Becky

In 2014, I began my veterinary nursing journey at Mount Ida College, in Newton, MA, and received my Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology in 2018. I began my career working in conventional veterinary medicine,  first in an oncology, then outpatient emergency, and then in internal medicine. In March of  2021 I found my true passion when I began working  as a holistic veterinary nurse for Dr. Judy Jasek at Animal Healing Arts.

In 2022, I became certified in Small Animal Massage Therapy at Colorado School of Animal Massage with 160 hours of learning and training.

I am grateful to have found my true calling in helping patients with the use of a variety of integrative healing methods.

In my free time, I love to do yoga, rock-climb, paint, hike, bike, read, camp and travel abroad. Although I don't currently have any animals of my own, I hope to adopt cats in the coming years.

What else?

I am excited to continue my journey in holistic veterinary medicine by eventually becoming certified in veterinary cannabis counseling, Reiki energy healing, acupressure, and grief counseling over the next few years.
